Thieves have caused a setback for construction work at Bowie's North Central Texas College by stealing steel. The college is expanding to add an oil field and gas technology wing. But Bowie's city manager says about two weeks ago, thieves stole about 10 thousand dollars worth of steel decking from the construction site. James Cantwell says some of the sheets were nearly 40 feet long ... And that the thieves somehow hot-wired up a crane to move everything
